Refund policy

Cindy Trimm Ministries is grateful for all donations received in support of our ministry's mission. Due to restrictions imposed by law and the nature of charitable donations, we cannot provide refunds for donations once they have been received. 

All items in our store are distributed based on a suggested donation amount, in order to both cover the cost of the item and also raise funding to support our ministry programs and offerings. 

For this reason, we are unable to process exchanges or resizing.

If any item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item email us at customersupport@wearempoweredapparel.com and we will work to come to a resolution. 

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.
